The CM26 was designed by William Crealock (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W.I.B._Crealock), yacht designer and author. This sailboat is extremely safe and easy to sail. A great starter sailboat for the recreational boater. With it's swing keel design, the sailboat is very easy to launch and load at any boat ramp, especially as it drafts only about a foot and a half of water with the keel up. The sailboat is in extremely good condition as evidenced in the pictures and is ready to sail.

The sailboat itself comes with 3 sails: mainsail, headsail and genoa. All rigging included as well as 10HP 4-stroke Honda outboard (runs extremely well!) and trailer. As far as overall condition, could probably use a polish and some spring cleaning, other than that, the sailboat is perfect. Low reserve price (please don't ask).
