Hello all. I am trying to sell my 1967 Suzuki TC250 high pipe model. I will be as honest as I can and I will answer all questions. This is a very rare model from what I know. It came to me 5 years ago from an old farmer who used it to run back and forth to his other yard. It has only 6674 original miles. When I got it it was painted black and rather poorly. It ran but was leaking oil passed the piston rings bad. It also did not charge the battery any more. So started my journey to fix it up. I first found a set of one size over from stock pistons and rings. Then I striped it down and got the frame painted and the body work. The tank has one dent that the metal was brought out and a small amount of high quality body filler was used. The rear fender has some scratches from me trying to put it back on and scratching it. I put new tires on it and and got all the chrome work done. The rims are original and in mint shape. The gauges are original and mint and even down to the rubber shock covers are original and perfect. I have come this far but I am sick of it. I want a fishing boat and have kind of outgrown the bike thing. It still needs the following. Wiring needs to be done. From what I can tell over the years this has been a patch and repair job so it will need to be fixed properly. It has split the seam on the one side of the rear part of the seat. It will need rear brake pads, and new handle bar grips. It also will need a new air filter element. The left side pipe has some scratches on it as well. But other then that the pipes are in really good shape. That is not the original tail light, and it may need some nuts and bolts to complete. But all the main parts are there. But most of all it needs a new home. Someone who can finish it or do what you want with it. It has been inside it's hole life and is a really great project. I bought new Hagon Shocks a couple years back and also a chain guard. I have the original shocks that will go with it and will need to be repaired if you want to use them. The Frame number is 54118 and the engine number is 54066. I put on one of the pipes to show that it is a high pipe model. I have no reserve on this auction but it is for sale locally as well so I may end the auction at any time. Now I am in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. I am around 90 miles from the Montana border. I can crate the machine for the cost of nails and wood. I will help you on my end as much as possible but in the end it will be you responsibilty for shipping. I can store it for as long as you need as long as I have been paid. I will accept pay pal or certified check. I do not need a deposite but I want the full amount to be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction. If I have not been paid after 7 days I will relist the bike. Like I said it is a very rare and very low mile bike that will be going up in value for years to come.
